Q: How do we book you?

Q: When should we schedule our portrait?

A: To have the best experience, I advise clients to contact their photographer at least 3 weeks to 1 month ahead of time.  This will allow you and your photographer to plan and discuss your professional portraits.  For newborn sessions, it is best to book once you are in your 2nd trimester.

 

Q: What do we expect after we schedule a session?

A: 

1.) You will be asked to review an agreement, sign and submit.

2.) An invoice will be sent for the retainer fee.  This fee will go towards your choice of digitals or collections.

3.) Your session will be confirmed and consultation begins.

4.)  Your consultation will include picking the best location, wardrobe tips, and ideas, themes or color schemes for cake smash sessions, cake design and color etc.

 

 

Q: Do you have a studio?

A: Yes, I have a home studio.  A home studio is a lot different from a commercial studio.  Sessions are done by appointment only.  My studio space is limited but I have all the props and a variety of backdrop to choose from.  I am also licensed and insured.

 

KWP also travels within San Diego County for outdoor sessions and indoor at the comfort of your own home.

 

Q: Where is your studio located?

A: My studio is located in the North Valley of Oceanside Ca near the back gate of Camp Pendleton in the 92057 Zip code.

 

Q: When do we receive our gallery after the session?

A: Please give KWP 1-2 weeks to complete your gallery.  During busy seasons, it may take longer.

 

Q: Do you provide digital copies?

A: Yes, digital copies are available for purchase.  This will include a print release.  Framed and matted prints are also available for purchase.

 

Q: Do you offer headshots?

A: Not at the moment.

 

Q: Do you cover weddings?

A: I only cover elopements within San Diego County.

 

Q: Do you offer mini sessions?

A: Yes, mini sessions are offered during the holidays and change of season.  These are first come first serve basis with time slots to choose from.  The location is picked by your photographer and it is only disclosed to paying clients.  The fees are required upon booking.
